Updating (for my Dad)

Ok, so I knocked off work an hour ago. I’m already on my second Vodka and Lemonade. Say no more. *skip* and the boys came to the shop to meet me and I just told them straight away to go and buy dinner – I was NOT cooking. Not.

So, over the last few days we’ve been uber-busy. I worked. and I worked. And I worked some more. When I wasn’t working, I have been climbing around in our roof, and doing sundry fun things with paint and drills. Photos to come one day.

One highlight was a trip to Monarto Zoo with the boys. *skip* didn’t come, but we had a blast.

And after that I’ve worked some more. And more.

I do enjoy my job, honest, it was just that today was a disaster from start to finish and better not remembered. It was THE worst day since I started there, bar none, including the extremely busy couple of days leading up to Christmas when all the shops seem to go crazy. They were easy compared to today.

So there you go. Updated. My glass is nearly empty and I think I’ll ask *skip* for a refill.

Oh, and guess what? I’m working tomorrow too.

I will scrap again. Honest. Photos too. It’s just that right now, it’s all too hard.

Oh, and thunderstorms. Had a couple of those and that keeps me off the computer too.
