I know I’m not alone in the Tula Pink addiction. I don’t think I’m quite at the obsessed fan stage yet. Maybe. However, when I realised that the arrival of DH’s new niece was getting closer, I jumped at the chance to make them a special baby quilt. The perfect fabric? Tula’s new baby line, Bumble.
The fabric isn’t regular weight quilting cotton, instead it’s a peached poplin. The peach refers to the feel of the fabric, soft and fuzzy like peach skin. It’s just delightful to touch.
I love the array of colours through this range, the coral, green and blue are so sweet but still modern. Perfect for a modern baby!
And those big beautiful bees? Just perfection. Yes, Tula has another hit on her hands with this one. I got this bundle from Westwood Acres fabric. I haven’t bought much from overseas yet, but I have to say that I will be back there. The service was excellent, and the prices were just right too!
