Grand opening of my shop

So, I mentioned a couple of weeks ago that I had been spending too much time on the computer on a secret project…. I’ve decided it’s time to share it with you. This will stay my personal and craft blog, but I’m really excited to share this new chapter with you all as well. I hope that you’ll indulge me a little….

I have opened my own Etsy Shop. Don’t know about Etsy? It’s an awesome handmade, vintage or supplies marketplace where you can buy almost anything, and it’s great to see so many artisans and crafters selling their wares there. So now I have joined them. I’ve been busy stocking the shop so to speak, it’s a time-consuming process to photograph all my cards and photographs. There is still much to “put on the shelves” so to speak, but I’m really happy to have this opportunity to offer my work to the world at large.

At the moment it has a large selection of my landscape photographs, nature photographs and flower pictures as gorgeous blank greeting cards. There are a few prints being added as I am able, with more on the way next week. I will be offering larger sized prints, however the shipping overseas becomes prohibitive in my humble opinion once you get over the 8×12″ size, and have to start sending parcels instead of letters. Still, if someone is in love with something and that’s what they want, I’m more than happy to oblige!

However, that’s beside the point, and I’m just so thrilled every time I see all my beautiful art gathered together in the one place like this. I hope that buyers love it all as much as I do.

I will update you all a bit further when I get the shelves a bit more stocked up. DH, my not so silent partner, has grand plans for my work, and I’m just excited to be able to share everything with you now. Please have a look if you feel so inclined, I’ve never done anything like this before and I’d welcome any feedback, good or bad.Happy Crafting - Cassie.
