Jane Austen swap goodies

I joined my first ever swap a couple of months ago…. who could resist a Jane Austen themed one? I can’t show you what I made just yet, but I can share with you the awesome package that I received last week from Karri.

First we have this incredible piece of mixed media artwork….. I can’t wait to hang it up on my wall.

I mean, look at that. It’s glittery!! Such a sweet romantic couple, with the touches of lace and the butterflies.

Karri made this beautiful pouch, and sent washi tape, hair clips and a beautiful necklace that she had made for me as well!

A gorgeous cameo necklace hanging on a ribbon band. I have the perfect top to wear this with too!

Then she filled her enveloped with all these goodies…. fabric, craft supplies, more cards and stickers.

The final touch is this awesome Trader Joe’s bag, and I finally have some American chocolate that I’ve only ever heard about…. a Baby Ruth and a Butterfinger!

Karri has an excellent blog series about swaps – how to be a good participant and make life better for yourself and your partner. She certainly leads by example! Thankyou Karri, I just love it all!

Stay tuned for the big reveal of what I sent my partner!

Wow – that mixed media art is beautiful! You totally lucked out! Karri is one of the most generous swap partners. BabyRuth’s are quite a good mix of chocolate, caramel, nougat, and nuts. 🙂
