Make mine a MINI!!

Hands up who is addicted to mini quilts? To making them, and of course, sharing them.

I must admit that up until recently, I had resisted the Mini Quilt phase. I didn’t have anywhere to hang them, I didn’t feel my skills were good enough to share with others. My first mini-quilt on the wall was this one….

made by my amazing Quilty Sister, Jess.

Now I have another beauty to add to the wall…. ahem, blind, of awesomeness.

This magnificent “C” monogram mini quilt, complete with awesome hand quilting, made especially for me by the talented Fiona aka BendigoLioness. That girl’s patience and skill just blows me away. Her amazing paper piecing, her eye for colour and detail.

These corner geese are just awesome!!

And I’m in love with the diamond and geese detail in the centres of the borders.

This was a part of her awesome package of love, happy housewarming, get well soon etc that I received last week….
