Just home from a few days away with DH, the fur-babies and our second son, Sam, who was able to take a week off work. We spent 3 nights at Penola, on the South Australian Limestone Coast in the middle of a heatwave, and then 5 nights at Horsham, Victoria. The weather was hot for the whole time, so we got a little creative to keep the fur-babies cool and comfortable.
Just a few quick snaps from the trip – we have a huge affinity for murals, silo art etc.
If you are ever in Western Victoria, especially visiting the Grampians, definitely make a detour to the Murtoa Stick Shed. It’s well worth the trip, there’s something incredible about the huge size of it. Best of all it’s Pet Friendly, so no need to leave the babies in the hot car!
