I haven’t yet shown you this gorgeous quilt that I was lucky enough to quilt and admire in person!
Flower Basket is a deceptively simple pattern finishing at 84.5″ square. It uses a simple collection of Fat Quarters and it is idea for showcasing a favourite fabric line.
The original quilt was made up in Riley Blake Design’s Chatsworth fabric, a dreamy floral range by Emily Taylor Design. I chose to quilt it in an edge to edge design of swirling roses, highlighting the romantic feel of the fabric prints shown within the pattern.
Backed in a solid pink, the roses look freshly picked! Photos 1-3 courtesy of the designer, Keera Job.
You can pick up the pattern as a PDF HERE in Keera’s shop, she also has available a print version, and a list of stockists if you wish to support your local quilt shop.
